sir_melonchenandClaude Opus 5.5 4c53e26f5b docs: DHCP per address in architecture, API and operations 
ARCHITECTURE §3.2 describes the type table and the DHCP range made of
dynamic entries, API.md the IP list, range operations, bulk dry runs and
the address check with their error codes, OPERATIONS the upgrade to
migration 00006 and what the check needs (ping_group_range, DNS ports).
ADR 0023 points to ADR 0025 for the lease adoption.

docs/RELEASE.md describes the release flow, the packages and how to
create the Ed25519 signing key, the Gitea secret and the installer's
public key. ADR 0024 records the implementation details; ARCHITECTURE
lists the retention options.
